Winter Wellness Collective - Terms and Conditions

By booking a space at the Winter Wellness Collective I agree to the following:

1. The studio cannot be accessed until 10am on each day. The yogis finishing their practice need to finish in quiet, so you will wait outside the side of the building quietly until 10am

2. VF3 is a yoga studio that has recently been painted and has new floorboards. The space must be respected and left the way it is found. 

4. The floorboards must not get scratched or damaged from water

5. You are part of a Collective - each business is responsible for promoting their space each week with their audience 

6. Spaces must be booked and paid for by the Wednesday prior to the weekend.

7. Packdown is from 3:30pm as there is a class starting at 5:00pm and the space must be cleared by 4:30pm at latest.

8. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods on the day.

9. The Winter Wellness Collective is an initiative between HashtagYogi & VF3. 

10. The cost is $65 per brand per day. Trestle tables are available for $10 per day.

Payment receipts need to be emailed to hello@hashtagyogi.com.au with your business name as the reference.
