CHRISTIE MOKOTUPU- WANDER ATHLETES Christie Mokotupu is an Anti-Drug Advocate & does a lot of Philanthropic work. As an Olympian she was exposed to many vices. Her mission is to educate the youth through her work at Candifest Ministry Inc and The Wander Organisation by making youth aware of Global Issues (Social, Political, Economic and Environmental Issues That Affect Us All). Christie is 34 years old, based in Sydney, a Jesus Follower, Mother, Olympian, Anti-drug Advocate, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker and Youth Liberator. Her professional life started at the age of 14 yrs old when she received an A.I.S (Australian Institute of Sport) scholarship with the Australian Women's Volleyball Olympic Team. As a Professional Volleyball Athlete in her teens she competed in the 2000 Olympic Games, World Championship, played in the A2 Italian League in Padova, Italy and played over 200 Games for Australia. As an International Team Manager in her twenties, she managed the set-up of Rapisarda Autosport in the USA and managed all aspects of the teams daily duties and travel in the NHRA Drag Racing Series (USA) and ANDRA Drag Racing Series (Australia). As an Anti-drug advocate and Philanthropist Since the age of 30 she has shared her testimony on Drug Addition with the Daily Telegraph. She is an ambassador for drug rehabilitation charity www.one80tc.org and she founded The Wander Organisation that inspires people to donate to causes and Candifest which is Christ Centred Pop-up festivals of hope and love (specialising in disaster relief). As a Volleyball Athlete and Coach for Endeavour Academy, she helps assist in the development of volleyball skills of young women and men as well as participating in competition in the SVL (Sydney Volleyball League) and AVL (Australian Volleyball League). She is a highly driven, disciplined and strong leader whose philanthropic work is fuelled by her love for Christ, her son and children around the globe.
